Changes to accessing downloadable audio and magazine titles at your library

Are you aware that as a library member you can access downloadable audio books and digital copies of your favourite magazines free of charge 24/7? Our library service is changing the way members can access these services to make life easier for you.

From 28th June 2017, the former OneClick Digital audio books and Zinio magazines will merge into RBDigital, meaning that you will be able to access both services with one account and one app on your devices.

And now for some FAQs…

What does this mean for me?
This merger means that you will have easier access to our digital audio book and digital magazine collections. During the merge day on the 27th June 2017, both services will be unavailable for most of the day. The RBDigital merged service will be up and running and available from 28th June.

What do I need to do if I already have an account?
If you currently use OneClick digital and/or Zinio for Libraries you will prompted to download or update your current apps on your devices. You can login using either your existing OneClick username and password or Zinio email address and password and will have access to both collections automatically.

How do I sign up to use this service?
All Armidale Regional Council Library members are eligible for this service free of charge. Visit the magazine or audiobook landing page to register for a new account. You will need you library card number and a valid email address.

Where can I find out more information about using the app?
Visit our library website for how to guides (look under the digital library drop down menu at the top), contact one of our library staff.

What do I do if my log in is not working?
Have you tried resetting your password? If not please try the “forgot password” link, reset your password and try again. If you still can’t log in let us know your details and we will look you up.

From 28 June to 29 July 2017 Wavesound will have support available to assist you with any questions in relation to the new merged app. Over the first two weekends after our exciting new app goes live which is 1 & 2 July and 8 & 9 July we have a live toll free number available to call between 9 to 5pm AEST on Saturdays and 10 to 3pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on Sundays. This line is operational during usual business hours Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm AEST on all other dates during this first month.
