ABC OPEN 500 words writing workshop – Armidale Library

Learn about writing for online, publishing your story, sourcing an image and work at your own pace, while focusing on the February 500 Words theme: Lost in Music.

An informal writing meet up at Armidale Library for ABC Open’s monthly writing project 500 Words. Learn about writing for online, publishing your story, sourcing an image and work at your own pace.

We’ll share and develop story ideas and discuss them. Participants are encouraged to write a personal story based on a monthly theme and publish it online through the ABC Open website.

February writing theme: Lost in Music

ABC Open Producer for New England North West NSW  Tim Lehā will lead the workshop.

Do I need to prepare?

Only if you’d like to. You may like to write a draft in preparation for the session or you might prefer to workshop your idea with fellow participants before you put pen to paper.

Hope to see you there. Bring whatever you like to write on – pen and paper, a laptop or a tablet computer.
